Money Request

Receive payment from a customer by sending a link or QR code. Follow these steps to generate Money Request:

  1. While logged into the mobile app as a business user choose “Transfers” section.

    • For Android users: click on icon.
    • For iOS users: select “Money Request”.
  2. Fill in the requested amount and payment details.
  3. Choose to generate Money Request by a link or QR code.
  4. Select how to send the Money Request (via text message, e-mail or otherwise) or simply request payment by showing a QR code to a customer.

Capabilities

  • Generate up to 50 requests per day.
  • The maximum amount per request is EUR 200.
  • Each request can be opened by payers up to 100 times.
  • EUR 600 is the maximum sum limit for different customers’ payments made on a unique Money Request.
  • Money Request link or QR code is valid for 30 days.

NB for iOS users: when getting the money request in Messenger app, open it by tapping on the “share” icon at the bottom right corner. Then choose “Open in Safari” and continue acc. to the steps given.

View card PIN code

Check your card’s PIN code in Swedbank app. It´s secure, simple and will help, if you forget your original PIN or cannot remember it after changing.

  • Card’s PIN code can be viewed only by the cardholder with Internet bank access to company’s bank accout, linked to payment card. This cardholder must have internet bank user rights titled „Full-access“, „Transaction“ or „Information-only“.

  • Easy: PIN code viewing feature is included in the “Cards” section of Swedbank app.
  • Secure: The PIN code can be viewed only with your authentication.
  • Convenient: no need to order a new card and wait for it to be delivered if you ever forget your PIN code.

To view your card’s PIN code in the app, log-in and tap on the “Cards” section in the bottom menu. After choosing one of your cards, check the new feature under its details – it is called “Card PIN”. After tapping it, you’ll need to confirm it with your chosen authentication method. After that, the card’s PIN code will be shown for 30 seconds. Be careful when using this feature and do not show your PIN code to other people.

Biometrics / PIN

Biometrics and PIN are the most convenient ways to log in to our mobile app and the Internet bank.

  • Log in faster.
  • Instantly check your bank account balance.
  • Confirm transfers. Using biometrics - 5 times in a row, amounts up to EUR 50 per transaction.

Check card’s credentials

You can now check Card details – card number, expiry date, CVC/CVC2 code in Swedbank app.

  • Easy: Card‘s credentials viewing feature is included in Cards section of Swedbank app.
  • Convenient: You do not need to have a plastic card next to you while shopping online. You can copy your card number from your app.
  • Secure: The information is visible only to the cardholder with Internet bank access to the company’s bank account, linked to the payment card. The cardholder must have Internet bank user rights titled “Full-access”, “Transaction” or “Information-only”. It is available only for the cards in active status. For security reasons, only the card number and not the “Valid Thru” nor the “CVC/CVC2” number can be copied to the clipboard.

To see card details in app, log in and choose the tab Cards and then Card credentials, where the card information is displayed.

Each request for the payment card details is displayed after cardholder signs in with PIN2. Card details are displayed for 45 seconds – this is to reduce the risk for someone else overlooking this information if the phone screen is on. If you do not manage to copy the Card number in 45 seconds, you will be able to view the card details by signing with PIN2 again. There is no limit for how many times cardholder can view Card details, but each request will require PIN2 signature.

In addition to new features, we also have updated your favourite and usual ones, so you can continue enjoying them at a new level.

In this section, you will see all your company accounts with Swedbank, as well as recent transfers. Choose your most convenient way for displaying accounts (if you have more than one) and recent transfers:

  • All accounts in one window
  • Each account separately

You can easily choose a recent transfer as a template for a new payment if the recipient is the same.

We know that sometimes payments are urgent. We have grouped payments for easy navigation and quick selection:

  • Most frequent payments
  • Payments between your accounts
  • Defined payments
  • Instant payment to another bank in Latvia/ Lithuania/Estonia what joined Instant payments schema
  • New domestic payment

You can manage most of your business card features in Swedbank app:

  • Block the card and unblock it within 10 days by yourself.
  • New! View card’s PIN code, card number, expiry date and CVC/CVC2 code.
  • Manage your digitized card in different digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay and other available) and see linked service providers (such as “Netflix”, “Amazon”, “Uber” and similar).

Internet bank user having profile “All transactions and agreements” to card account or legal representative of the company who, according to the commercial register, is authorised to represent the company, can:

  • Block/unblock the card;
  • Change card limits for purchases and cash transactions;
  • Allow or prohibit contactless payments.

  • set up widget on your home screen;
  • tap on the icon;
  • view your account balance without logging in into the mobile app.

For using biometrics:

  • Android - 6.0 version
  • iOS - 15.0 version
  • Always protect your smartphone or tablet computer with a password.
  • Don't let any one else use your smart phone or tablet computer.
  • Do not save the biometric data of other users on your phone.
  • Have an anti-virus app installed.
  • Always follow the instructions from your smartphone manufacturer when enabling biometrics.
